MERMER is a straight-forward rock and roll band from southern California started in 2004 by singer / songwriter Aaron Underwood and his cousin David Hoover.  I saw them in an O.C. club and really liked the energy – powerful live act.  Great guys, too.

Coto Normal

An Alternative rock band from CA featuring wonderful vocalist Erin Underwood.  Sensual and hypnotic.  She’s married to Aaron from Mermer.  Couples that rock together stay together!  How could I not love them, they invited me to their wedding and played Beatles at the ceremony … the BEST!

Joseph Salazar Art

A talented artist and modern day renaissance man.  Joe is providing artwork for my second solo release “Progress” and I can’t wait for the sound and the visual to hit together.

Abbot Kinney

Much like their Venice, CA street namesake, Abbot Kinney is a difficult band to pin down and categorize.  I will anyway; very atmospheric and accessible alt rock - and Brad Swanson (album drummer) and Jared Swanson (Vocals/guitar/keys) are life-long friends of mine.  I’m very impressed with what Jared came up with in composition and vocal style for this band.

Alec Marken and Deep Stirrings

Another renaissance man and good friend.  A singer, guitarist, percussionist, dancer and peace activist who is working on putting out his first Deep Stirrings CD.  Check them out.

Mike Hamilton

Mike is a superb musician and one of the nicest humans.  Check out his originals.

Spock's Beard

One of the finest progressive rock acts in history.  I am very fortunate to have contributions from drummer Jimmy Keegan, bassist Dave Meros and keyboardist Ryo Okumoto on my upcoming release "Peace Rocks".  Great musicians and great guys as well.  If you haven’t heard their material, you’re in for a treat.

A band with tons of passion and great tunes.  Their drummer, Albert Estiamba Jr. and I were founding members of the cover band “Gypsy Beggars,”  Great friends and great guys.

Decca Tree

I was turned onto this band by Aaron from Mermer.  I’ve seen them perform live several times and met the lead singer/guitarist Chris Karn.  Great guy and great music.  Worthy of a listen.
